Plot – Mr. Meacham, an old woodworker, has entertained the local kids for years by telling the story of a ferocious dragon hiding in the Pacific Northwest forest. According to his daughter Grace, who works as a forest ranger, this story is just a legend, until the day she meets Pete. Pete is a mysterious 10-year-old boy, homeless and with no family, who claims to be living in the forest with an enormous green dragon named Elliott. This dragon seems to be the same one described in the stories told by Mr. Meacham. With the help of Natalie, the 11-years-old daughter of the local sawmill owner, Jack, Grace will try to discover the truth about Pete and his dragon.
