Plot – The movie shows Pink's life through a series of flashbacks. Pink is a famous rock singer addicted to drugs. As he's idolized by his fans, he's equally manipulated by his managers. While he's waiting to perform, he locks himself in a hotel room and watches TV and war movies make him think about his life. He remembers his sad childhood, when his father died in war leaving him to bear his possessive mother. He remembers his authoritarian school and his sadistic teachers, then the '68 revolution, the violence of police, his girlfriend and his failed marriage. Now Pink thinks about his fans who love him but enslave him as well. All his life has been obsessive indeed.
