Plot – Commander Lassard travels to Miami to retrieve a prize and Captain Harris and Proctor follow him. At the airport Lassard exchanges by mistake his suitcase with the one of some thieves. The clumsy thugs try to recover their bag, while Harris tries to put Lassard in a bad light. Meanwhile the commander enjoys the city. The night of the awards, Lassard is kidnapped, but he believes it's a demonstration. His young agents solve everything.
