Plot – 1997. In the streets of Los Angeles there are numerous massacres. Everyone fights against the others as Jamaicans and Colombians are trying to control the drug trade. Metropolitan Police and FBI agents try to control them in turn. What's more, there's a group of mysterious and elusive killers who use to leave their victims hung upside down. When FBI takes over the investigations, Lieutenant Mike Harrigan is dismissed. Tenacious and brave, Mike doesn't give up and continues to investigate along with his men. When even his assistant Leona and Danny become the preys of the killers, Mike realizes the final challenge is approaching.
