Plot – In Jaspar town Tilghman is the desperate owner of a night club, full of drug dealers and prostitutes. Every night people fights there, so he hires Dalton, a young experienced clubs manager who practices martial arts and wants to raise the club reputation. The boss of the city, Brad Wesley, doesn't like Dalton's job because the guy hasn't the intentions to pay his expensive bribes, as other local shopkeepers do.
