Plot – Hong Kong policeman Keung arrives in Bronx to attend his uncle Bill's wedding. He stops a motocross race on the roofs of cars to save the limousine of the couple. After the celebrations, as Bill has sold his store to Elaine, she hires Keung as a clerk. He faces again the bikers but he's attacked. The policeman has to do something to defeat the criminality of the big city.
