Plot – Time off work has finally arrived for chief inspector Lee and detective James Carter, but once in Hong Kong the two are involved in the most important case of their careers, as a bomb explodes in the American Embassy and kills two custom agents who were investigating some illegal trades. Everything is linked to the discovery of 100 dollars fake bills, a traffic managed by the Triad, the powerful Chinese mafia. Lee is immediately assigned to the case and Carter, reluctantly, is forced to follow him.
