Plot – When the great explorer Dirk Pitt finds a coin linked to a historical legend, he starts a treasure hunt through the most dangerous West Africa regions. It will be the most exciting adventure in his entire life. He's searching the "Ship of Death", a Civil War lost battleship that carries a secret cargo. Together with his witty companion Al Giordino, Dirk meets Eva Rojas, a bright and beautiful young doctor who believes the hidden treasure may be connected to a threatening larger issue.
