Plot – When an entire town in upstate New York remains blocked by an unexpected snowfall, a vacation day starts for a class of elementary school children led by Natalie Brandston. The kids first make sure that the snowplow remains stuck by hijacking the driver's car. Natalie's big brother tries to use the day to win the affection of Claire Bonner, the most popular girl in school, while TV meteorologist Tom - Hal and Natalie's father - competes with a colleague on the development of the weather forecast.
