“Stella” quotes

Plot – Stella Claire is a bartender in the State of New York. She falls in love with a rich medical student, but the social and cultural differences between the two induce Stella to keep their baby while Steven, her boyfriend, leaves for a job in New York. Stella does everything she can as a single mother to raise her daughter in the best way possible, even to the point of retreating into the background when she realizes that her modest socio-cultural conditions are a hindrance to the happiness of her daughter.
