Plot – A cynical New York journalist can't stomach the fact his sister is engaged to a penniless artist, so he manages to make people believe her boyfriend is involved in a drug traffic. Thanks to a detective, the plan goes through, but the girl threatens suicide and her brother blames his accomplice who, at this point, rebels against him.
