“The Art of War” quotes
(2000)Plot – In a near future, young spaceship pilot Fry is forced to crash-land on a distant planet. During the collision Fry's crew is killed and only she and a few passengers escape death. The survivors are the bounty hunter Johns and his prisoner, the dangerous murderer Riddick. The trio advances across the barren and lifeless planet. They meet some geologists who move from planet to planet and, while some remain and try to repair the spaceship, the others continue their journey. As soon as the sun sets and the planet falls into darkness, other unexpected inhabitants emerge: they are birds that materialize and attack to kill. After more people have lost their lives, it becomes necessary to carry the batteries to the ship to leave. Only one can go. Riddick and Johns fight and Riddick wins. He returns running and in the end he shines a strong light on the birds that die when it touches them. To those who leave, Riddick says to report that he died on the planet.
