Plot – In an American city a viscous substance attaches to the hand of a man and gradually kills him. Meg Penny's friend and the sheriff are murdered as well. The mysterious mass grows and spreads itself devouring almost everything. Someone thinks it's a kind of joke sent from some far galaxy, but the substance is just a biological weapon that evil Dr. Meddows is experimenting over the population. Brian Flegg, another Meg Penny's friend, discovers his plan and has a brilliant idea to defeat the killing substance.
