(1996)Plot – In a Mississippi State prison, Sam Cayhall is waiting to be sentenced for the murder of two children he killed in 1967. He's visited by lawyer Adam Hall, a young and inexperienced man determined to save Sam because Adam is his nephew. Sam is grumpy and irritable, he's a supporter of the white race and refuses to cooperate, so Adam works alone, talking to the Governor that once framed Sam and that now should grant him clemency.
