Plot – On October 30 in an American city of 2000, it is Devil’s night and gangs of arsonist hooligans run through the neighborhoods. One of them enters the apartment of Eric Draven, who is marrying his girlfriend Shelly the day after. The hooligans throw him out of the window, they rape and beat up the woman, who dies at the hospital after a painful agony. Only Albrecht, a black cop, is close to her, but his attempts of investigations are paradoxically hampered by an ambiguous police commissioner. Meanwhile, a mysterious crow flies on the grave of Eric, who resuscitates to take his revenge guided by the bird.
