Plot – Every mother craves for the love of her daughter and hopes to not have understanding barriers in their relationship. On the other hand, every child craves to win her mother's love and approval. The story of these four extraordinary women comes on screen from the novel by Amy Tan: their existance, full of love, tragedy, wealth and magic, is always supported by the hopes and dreams that they have towards their daughters.
