Plot – A terrorist attack kills numerous Riyadh citizens in Saudi Arabia. FBI sends a special team led by Special Agent Ronald Fluery to capture the criminals. The soldiers have to avoid a bloodshed but the locals are hostile. Furthermore, the other US agencies in the area don't cooperate, but Fluery and his men are helped unexpectedly by a Saudi police captain.
