Plot – In “The Lazarus Effect”, a group of researchers led by Frank and Zoe make an incredible discovery: they find a way to resurrect the dead. After they complete a successful but unauthorized experiment on an animal that had just died, the dean of their University learns of their underground tests and the project is suddenly suspended. All the researchers decide to reproduce their experiment but, due to an accident, Zoe dies horribly. Frank, filled with terror and pain, convinces them to do something unthinkable: try to resurrect their first human guinea pig. Initially, the procedure is a success, but the team soon realizes that something is wrong with Zoe. The use of a human being will lead to dangerous and unimaginable consequences for all.
