Plot – An American girl rents a room of her city apartment to a mature gentleman looking for accommodation. The man, on the other hand, sublets half of his room to a handsome young man without the knowledge of the landlady. The lives of the three in the narrow apartment is quite busy and the landlady, despite her threats, cannot evict the two intrusive tenants. After a series of amusing episodes and violent quarrels, things settle down and, thanks to the skillful maneuvers of the mature gentleman, the two youngsters get engaged.
