Plot – Earl Stone, an alone and broke elderly man, forced to face the early closure of his business, is offered a job whose sole requirement is to be able to drive. What Earl doesn’t realize is that he just accepted to become a drug courier for a Mexican cartel. He is very good at his job, so good that he is given bigger and bigger loads and is assigned an assistant. His assistant is not the only one to keep an eye on Earl, who ends up gaining the attention of Colin Bates, an efficient DEA agent. Even if his financial problems now belong in the past, his mistakes are discovered, leaving him to doubt his ability to fix the situation before getting in trouble with the law… or with the cartel himself.
