Plot – During her night shift, a policewoman is killed inside a military camp. Investigations are entrusted to Inspector Jay Austin despite the initial resistance of Colonel Alan Caldwell. The inspector discovers Lawrence, an officer who used to work for Caldwell, is still in service in the military camp and he finds out he has recently lost his revolver too. The bullets correspond to those found on the crime scene. Austin chases Lawrence in Chinatown and Paul dies hit by a car, then the Inspector meets Arthur Peale, a Vietnam veteran who runs an illegal diamonds' trade together with Lawrence. Caldwell and Austin attack their hiding place and shoot everybody.
