Plot – The Saint is a sophisticated thief who operates internationally, always managing to throw off law enforcement officers thanks to his extraordinary ability to change appearance and to assume different personalities. One day he meets Emma Russell, a young scientist who is working on a major nuclear test. Emma tells him that she is about to reach the conclusion of her work. She has written the results on a piece of paper that she keeps hidden on her person and does not want to revel them to anyone. Trying to steal Emma's secret is Ivan Tretiak, an evil billionaire with a desire for domination who wants to found a new empire in Russia and be crowned Czar. Simon decides to protect the beautiful Emma, while trying to take her notes in order to sell them. Changing his character often and playing his enemies one against the other, Simon finally makes sure that Ivan is arrested, while Emma can finally explain her achievements to her colleagues. Simon once again escapes and disappears.
