Plot – A FBI Special Agent, a CIA agent and a US Army General take the same oath to support and defend the Constitution. When a bus explodes in Brooklyn and terror spreads in the streets of New York, for them it's time to deal with its implications. Anthony Hub Hubbard, head of the Anti-Terrorism Task Force, is the man in charge to protect the city from a variety of threats, together with FBI and the NY Police Department. Elise Kraft is a CIA agent, now infiltrated in the Arab-American community. Her agenda is far more complex than Hub's. The two are forced to work together in an uneasy alliance, while acts of terrorism threaten the city.

The Sheik was going to help us overthrow Saddam, I mean, he was our ally. We were financing him. Then there was a policy shift. It's not like we sold them out exactly, we just stopped helping them. They were slaughtered.”
