Plot – Gerry Mulligan arrives in Paris after World War II and finally can dedicate himself to his true passion, painting. A rich heiress who collects paintings, as well as lovers, is immediately interested in the young, beautiful and exotic guy, but after a brief affair with the woman, Jerry realizes such a life isn't made for him and he's not even interested in money. He's far more attracted by Lise, a young and poor French girl who's already engaged to a pianist. True love will prevail in the end.
