Plot – At the dawn of the third millennium, vampires still rise from the mud of their graves to hunt human prey. Only few men are able to face them and one of them is Jack Crow, leader of a group called Crow Team. On a farm, Jack and his friend Tony confront and destroy a nest of vampires, reducing them to ashes with the sun's rays. However, they cannot celebrate victory yet, as they have not accomplished their most difficult objective, which is killing Valek, the lord of vampires, who has declared he will take a savage revenge. The Vatican appoints Jack and Tony to kill the vampires and the two resume their hunt together with Katrina, who they have taken as a hostage because she has become Valek's slave. Meanwhile Valek is about to end his search for the Beziers' Cross, an object that will grant him and all vampires the power to act in daylight. Cardinal Alba has arrived to monitor the situation on behalf of the Vatican and he gets in Jack's way. During the fight with Valek, Jack is captured and is about to be sacrificed during a magical rite. The cardinal, who has switched to the vampires' side after being seduced by the possibility of becoming immortal, also takes part of the final stage of the ritual. However, a young priest who is with Jack, kills the cardinal. In the final battle, Jack kills Valek and with the priest continues the mission looking for Tony, who meanwhile has become a vampire.

“- Jack Crow: Padre... I'm beginning to like you... so don't make me hurt you, OK? Just tell me what you know... I'll buy you a beer and get you laid. Come on. If you don't tell me, I'm gonna have to start cutting on ya.
- Father Adam Guiteau: No, you won't. You're a righteous man, Mr. Crow. Besides I serve a higher master than you. Any secrets I...” (continue)(continue reading)“It's not like they're a bunch of fuckin' fags hoppin' around in rented formal wear and seducing everybody in sight with cheesy Euro-trash accents, all right? Forget whatever you've seen in the movies: they don't turn into bats, crosses don't work. Garlic? You wanna try garlic? You could stand there with garlic around your neck and one of these...” (continue)(continue reading)
“- Jack Crow: You ever seen a vampire?
- Father Adam Guiteau: No, I haven't.
- Jack Crow: No... Well first of all, they're not romantic.”“- Jack Crow: Why don't you just kill me and get it over with?
- Cardinal Alba: Because you are needed, Jack. The ceremony is a re-enactment of the original exorcism. It requires the blood of a crusader and his crucifixion upon a burning cross. The climax of the ceremony must coincide with the first rays of the rising sun. Sorry, Jack.”“Let me just ask you one thing - after 600 years, how's that dick workin', pretty good?”
