Plot – In Southern California, Buffy is a happy majorette at Hemery High School and she worries just about what to wear to go out with her boyfriend. The mysterious Mr. Merrick, who travels through time to train young women chosen to kill vampires, reveals her that she has been chosen. She’s reluctant, but after a demonstration at the cemetery she eventually agrees to be trained by Mr. Merrick to fight the monsters. In fact, in the city a vampire is killing people in mysterious way: he is the collaborator of Lothos, the leader of a cult that grows thanks to new victims. Merrick dies in a fight against Lothos, so Buffy is helped only by Pike, a misfit whose best friend has become a vampire. The vampires break into the club where the prom is, but Buffy faces the leader of the monsters and kills him, even if after Merrick’s death she thought to give it up.
